Project Overview:

  • Stripped all electrical equipment and cabling back to bare steel for re-spray
  • Removed and refurbished the H.V feed
  • Replaced all containment after painting
  • Replaced all cabling after painting
  • Installed new motor drives throughout
  • Removed 3 phase limits and replaced with safety encoders
  • Installed 10 x Schneider VSD’s project total.
  • Installed new Honeywell limit switches throughout
  • Installed a new dust suppression system with a pulse air unit
  • Replaced redspot fuses in MCC for Schneider Compact NSX and Schneider GV Motor breakers
  • Modified PLC circuits
  • Installed new lanyard switches, E stops throughout
  • Installed LED lighting throughout to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance costs for the client
  • Earthed ship loaders up to current AS3000 standards
  • Replaced and updated all contactors and overloads in MCC with Schneider equivalent.
